Overall RatingI LOVE this staff, I have had a complete nightmare situation trying to get my tooth extracted and I ran into awful businesses on my journey for help. But this dentistry is amazing, they got me in within 2 hours of my initial phone call and they didn’t have me jump through any crazy hoops to make the appointment. They were so communicative, so patient, so supportive, so encouraging, so kind, there was no judgement from any of the workers and they were 100% willing to work with what I wanted while also giving me all of the material to explore further options for the future. I sincerely appreciate this practice and all of the work that they put into my appointment and guiding me through all the financial aspects of the treatment. You guys are awesome !!!

I am very impressed by how this team worked together yesterday,there was a communication issue and a medical emergency in the office,I had to wait a very long time because of it,also hadn't eaten in 24 hours,so a little hangry,the staff handled my situation very well,the owner even came out to talk to me,while things do happen unexpectedly he explained to me everything clearly and helped me through this situation,great staff and while painful today I walked out with beautiful teeth
This place saved my life!! I was in so much pain for an entire month and I was waiting on my new insurance but I couldn’t take it anymore. After telling them how much pain I was in they got me in the same day and stayed late to pull my wisdom teeth that day. Everyone who took care of me was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. (I have anxiety around dentists and doctors offices) THANK YOU PLACERVILLE DENTAL GROUP!!!!!! Hoping my new insurance is in network with you, I will be back!

I'd like to share my experiences about purchasing implants. It's a change in your life because you're able to eat. And taste food much more appreciable than you had it before. And I would say that the place I went to Paramount in flasterville. The staff is excellent and all I can say to better. That is that you have to invest in yourself. If you think you're worth it. And these people will guarantee that your investment is a success.It's all about you.And these are the people that can do it best

I hope I am remembering correctly because he was absolutely wonderful!! Their pricing is also fair and more reasonable compared to other offices I have visited.

I went to Placerville Dental Group after a long time of not going to the dentist.I was a bit ashamed with the appearance of my teeth .They were nothing less than kind and friendly. My wisdom tooth became impacted and shattered. I found this place via my insurance company website and decided to give them a try. From the get go, everyone was super nice and friendly. They were transparent and was able to extract my tooth the same day. Every step during the extraction, they kept me updated and were extra careful about my comfort level. I’m very appreciative and definitely recommend them! They will now be my new dentist office!

Hands down the best experience I've had at the dentist. Staff was professional, kind, friendly, attentive, and efficient. I had an emergency and they were able to accommodate me the very next day even though it was my first appointment with them. They were amazingly flexible and I was able to get an initial x-ray, deep cleaning, fillings, and mouth guard fitting in the very same day. They are very transparent about the bill and they broke it down for me and explained everything. Incredible place. 1000% recommend!

Dr. Seghal did a fantastic job extracting what I believe to be an abscessed tooth of mine. I have been mostly pain free since (staying true to the medication routine, of course), and is a stark difference to how my experience was when I had a different tooth extracted years ago at a different dentist. 10/10, highly recommend!
I just returned from living in Mexico for three years. While the dentists in Mexico are well qualified (mine worked in Tucson, AZ, for six years), their facilities are somewhat lacking if you are in a small town.I went in for an exam and cleaning. I suspected a couple of problems, but didn't say much before the exam. The dental assistant did a thorough job of taking the x-rays on equipment I have not seen before. The dentist confirmed my suspicions and gave me a treatment plan.Most impressive was Nick the dental hygienist. I have never had such a cleaning before! He even anesthetized my gums before starting to make sure I did not experience any undue discomfort. He went over the treatment plan with me, and I was very clear how to proceed in the coming weeks and months. I highly recommend Placerville Dental Group for your dental care.

I am not a big fan of the Dentist, but I have to say Placerville Dental Group is awesome. I just love Dr. Sehgal she is caring, gentle and very aware of your feelings. Also cannot say enough about her staff making sure you are comfortable and aware of what's going on. At 74 with multiple dental problems because of not finding a dentist I was comfortable with I am now able to get the dental work done and feel good about the care I will get. Thank you

The staff was very pleasant. I have had terrible experiences with dentist before. I am so grateful for the entire team at this office . They were very thoughtful and explained the procedure and process very well. They even gave me a blanket bcuz I was cold. I appreciate everyone who genuinely cared for my well being.
