    I LOVE this staff, I have had a complete nightmare situation trying to get my tooth extracted and I ran into awful businesses on my journey for help. But this dentistry is amazing, they got me in within 2 hours of my initial phone call and they didn’t have me jump through any crazy hoops to make the appointment. They were so communicative, so patient, so supportive, so encouraging, so kind, there was no judgement from any of the workers and they were 100% willing to work with what I wanted while also giving me all of the material to explore further options for the future. I sincerely appreciate this practice and all of the work that they put into my appointment and guiding me through all the financial aspects of the treatment. You guys are awesome !!!

    I am very impressed by how this team worked together yesterday,there was a communication issue and a medical emergency in the office,I had to wait a very long time because of it,also hadn't eaten in 24 hours,so a little hangry,the staff handled my situation very well,the owner even came out to talk to me,while things do happen unexpectedly he explained to me everything clearly and helped me through this situation,great staff and while painful today I walked out with beautiful teeth

    This place saved my life!! I was in so much pain for an entire month and I was waiting on my new insurance but I couldn’t take it anymore. After telling them how much pain I was in they got me in the same day and stayed late to pull my wisdom teeth that day. Everyone who took care of me was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. (I have anxiety around dentists and doctors offices) THANK YOU PLACERVILLE DENTAL GROUP!!!!!! Hoping my new insurance is in network with you, I will be back!
